Fashion Law Events 2020/2021

The world’s on fire and we may be witnessing the end of Western democracy BUT there are some great Fashion Law Events coming up! I’ve collated a list of some Fashion Law and other related events taking place in the next few months and into 202to 1 keep us distracted from the doom and gloom.. Most will be virtual which provides a great opportunity to attend conferences that we might otherwise have to skip owing to time constraints and the costs of travel.

A discussion of Brexit and its impact on trademarks and designs in the run up to the big day and beyond (Virtual) 05 November 

Brexit is just around the corner and a deal has yet to be agreed. With less than two months two go until the transition period ends, we’re none the wiser as to how things will look in 2021. Luckily Lee Curtis is hosting this virtual discussion to give a final overview to the impact of Brexit on trade mark and design practice in the immediate run up to the end of the transitional period on 31st December 2020 with an eye to real time events, most notably the negotiation of the EU/UK free trade agreement. Register here
